Because our products are oversized, we use specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Carriers to ensure professional handling.

Preparation time refers to business days (Mon-Fri). Estimated delivery starts after the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Curbside Delivery Service
All standard deliveries are Curbside. This means:
- The driver will unload the pallet at the curb or the end of your driveway.
- The carrier is not responsible for moving the item inside your home, garage, or backyard.
- Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. Please provide a valid phone number at checkout to avoid delays.
👉 Pro Tip: “Ensure your delivery area is clear and accessible for a full-sized freight truck. If you have restricted access (narrow streets or gated communities), please let us know in advance!“
3. Receiving Your Shipment: Important Instructions
We take great care in packaging, but because these are large items, inspection is mandatory upon arrival.
Before the driver leaves:
- Inspect the boxes: Check for any visible dents, tears, or holes.
- Note any damage: If you see damage, you MUST write “Damaged: [Description]” on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing.
- Subject to Control: If the packaging looks perfect but you cannot open it immediately, write “Accepted Subject to Inspection” on the receipt.
Hidden Damage: If the boxes are perfect but you find damage after opening them, you must report it to us at simbashoppingusa@gmail.com within 1 business day with photographic evidence.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an “Order Complete” email containing the Carrier Name and Tracking Number (PRO #). You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
5. Additional Information
Address Changes: Fees may apply for any address changes made after the order has shipped.
No In-Person Pickup: To ensure speed and safety, all goods are shipped automatically from our warehouses.
Installation: We do not provide installation services. We recommend hiring a licensed professional for Whirlpool tubs.
