Our goods travel by LTL Carriers and delivery is expected within 4/7 working days (for Alaska and Hawaii 4/9 working days) from receipt of payment. We will do everything to satisfy you so that you receive the ordered items as soon as possible.
You may not change your shipping address after you place an order. We only deliver to the United States and Canada (as applicable) and may not be able to deliver to all locations therein. You acknowledge and agree that all shipping dates in any communications from us (including as stated in our Terms) are estimates and subject to change. We do not represent or warrant that we will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. You understand and agree that currently we are not able to commit to a fixed shipping or delivery date and you will be notified of updates to the same in accordance with the notice provisions of these Terms. In the event that a delay arises for any reason, foreseen or unforeseen, and the estimated shipment and/or release dates for the Product are not met, we will not be liable for any losses or damages that may occur due to the delay or cancellation of the Product, and we will not be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays or cancellations. You are responsible for keeping us informed regarding the correct delivery address for the Product. We may not be able to have your order shipped to a post office box, to certain addresses or on certain days. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple boxes or shipments. It is not possible to collect in person, the goods leave the warehouses automatically.
Always indicate your telephone number to facilitate delivery by the carrier. The transport includes appointment and two delivery attempts by the courier to the address provided.

ATTENTION: As soon as you receive the goods, please check the aesthetics of the boxes and if you find any broken and / or damaged, you must write on the invoice “you receive n ° x broken packages and the anomaly found”, the missing wording on the invoice it will not allow us to replace the disputed package (s) free of charge. If it is not possible to view the packages, because for example they are received in a wooden crate or apparently they are in good conditions, it is still necessary to write ‘Accepted, but subject to control’ on the delivery note or on the courier’s slip.
If the pallet You receive has all perfect packages (which must be demonstrated by sending photographic documentation), but after opening the boxes, any breakage is found, this complaint must be made on the same day in which it receives the goods via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not provide the installation service of our products, which must be carried out by the customer, in case of shipments of spare parts the installation will always be carried out by a technician appointed by the end user.
