You will receive a full refund through the Original Mode of Payment along with any shipping fees incurred. Incorrect/Faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements will be dispatched.
If within 30 days of receipt, you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the product. Please notify us within 48 hours (2 working days) and return the box in its original packaging. The actual cost of the original shipping will not be refunded. The cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse is the sole responsibility of the consumer. We cannot accept returns on any custom product, close-out items or any items damaged through normal wear and tear.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund.
